Razi University

The Faculty of Agriculture is one of the oldest units of Razi University. It began its activities in 1982 as the Agricultural College with a single academic department in Plant Production. Subsequently, with the expansion of its departments and academic programs, it was promoted to a faculty. In 2011, with the establishment of the Campus of Agriculture and Natural Resources, it became one of the three constituent faculties of the campus, namely: the Faculty of Agricultural Science and Engineering, the Faculty of Natural Resources, and the Faculty of Agriculture.
 
The academic departments of the Faculty of Agriculture include four departments: Biosystems Mechanical Engineering, Soil Science and Engineering, Agricultural Extension and Education Engineering, and Water Engineering. These departments admit students from inside and outside the country at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. levels in various fields of study.
