Core Responsibilities:

Holding regular meetings of the University Cultural Council to formulate policies, plan activities, and coordinate cultural affairs across the University
Providing material and institutional support for student organizations and initiatives, including student mobilization organizations, political associations, scientific societies, cultural and artistic centers, and student publications
Organizing and supporting cultural and artistic festivals, competitions, exhibitions, and related student activities
Establishing and maintaining constructive cooperation with relevant provincial executive and governmental authorities on cultural affairs and programs
Promoting and developing religious and ethical values, including the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, modesty and hijab, commitment, social responsibility, and fidelity to ethical principles
Developing and supporting educational and research programs in the fields of culture, religion, and theology, including the study and analysis of cultural challenges and issues considered contrary to established cultural and ethical values
