Research in Western Iranian Languages and Dialects - Razi University
The journal Research in Western Iranian Languages and Dialects is a quarterly journal in the field of linguistics. It publishes research, and review articles in Persian and English, covering topics related to the languages and dialects of Western Iran, Iranian linguistics, Persian linguistics, Kurdish linguistics, and research in other regional languages such as Laki, Luri, and Turkish. The journal is published by Razi University Press with the support of the Linguistics Society of Iran (LSI). It serves as home for scholarly discussion and the exchange of ideas. In addition to full-length scholarly articles, book reviews and short communications are also considered for publication. All papers are subject to a double-blind review process. Authors are requested to adhere to research ethics and regulations for academic publications.
The journal Research in Western Iranian Languages and Dialects is published under license number 116953/3 dated 1391/05/21 (August 11, 2012) from the Office of Policy-making and Research Affairs Planning of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, and registration number 76414 from the Deputy Office for Press and Information of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Based on letter number 3/18/214917 dated 1396/09/20 (December 11, 2017) from the Office of Policy-making and Research Affairs Planning of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, the journal has been published with an academic ranking starting from issue 8, Spring 1394 (2015).
