Razi University Hosts Second “Liminal” Entrepreneurship Event

The second edition of the “Liminal” entrepreneurship forum was held at Razi University, drawing participation from students, alumni, and enthusiasts interested in innovation, start-ups, and the future of work.
The event took place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in the Culture and Literature Hall of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities. Organized by Razi University's Faculty of Social Sciences in collaboration with the Office of Cultural and Social Affairs, the forum created a vibrant space for dialogue on entrepreneurship, design thinking, and emerging job markets.
Key Highlights:
•    Dr. Vakil Ahmadi, Vice President for Cultural Affairs at Razi University, emphasized the importance of a knowledge-based economy and the need for stronger university-industry collaboration.
•    Dr. Kiumars Ashtarian from the University of Tehran encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs to start with small, independent projects, highlighting the value of grassroots innovation.
•    Dr. Alireza Moradi, Director of Titr-e Jadid Institute, discussed entrepreneurial opportunities unique to the Kermanshah region.
•    Mr. Arman Adnani addressed the rise of emerging careers in the social sciences, urging participants to explore evolving job landscapes.
The event also featured thematic panel discussions on:

•    Social entrepreneurship and its impact on communities
•    The use of educational games to promote innovation and engagement
