Dr Haidari has also been the head of department of Forestry at Qasr-e Shirin Institute of Higher Education from 2000-2002, and held the same position in the department of Natural Resources at the faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources in the periods of 2011-2015 and 2017-2021.
He began his job at Razi University in 1994 with the aim of running BSc programs of Natural Resources and was one of the people deployed to Qasr-e Shirin by Razi University in 1995 for establishing Qasr-e Shirin Institute of Higher Education, making him one of founders of this institute.
