Biography

Mohsen Hayati received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, India, in 1985, and the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Delhi University, Delhi, India, in 1987 and 1992, respectively. He joined the Electrical Engineering Department, Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran, as an Assistant Professor in 1993. Currently, he is a Professor with the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Razi University. He has written a book on Electronic principals in Persian language. He taught various courses such as: Design of Analog CMOS Integrated circuits, RF Integrated circuits, Circuit Theory, Electronics-I, Electronics-II, Electronics-III, Pulse Digital and Switching Waveforms.  He has published more than 270 papers in international journals and conferences. His current research interests include Power Amplifiers; RF/Microwave/MM-wave circuits design; Analog and Digital IC Design; Application of computational intelligence, Artificial Neural Networks, Electronic Circuit Synthesis, Modelling and Simulations; Neuromorphic Realization of Neuron Model.
