Biography

Sajjad Sisakhtnezhad holds a B.S. in Marine Biology from Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources and an M.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from Razi University. He received his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology and from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2014. He began his official collaboration with Razi University in August 2014. He is now an Associate Professor in the department of Biology at the faculty of Basic Sciences.
Dr Sisakhtnezhad has been teaching several courses to undergraduate students such as in Cell and Molecular Biology, Biology of Stem Cell, and Biology of Cancer.
Also, the courses he usually teaches to graduate students include Animal Cell and Tissue Culture, Biology and Genetics of Stem Cells, Advanced Cell Biology, Advance Molecular Biology, Cell and Molecular Mechanisms of Cancer, Regulation processes and Signal Transduction and RNA Biology.

His research interests are Biology of Stem Cells, Biology of Cancer Cells and Investigation of factors affecting their behaviors and functions
His single-authored and joint papers have been published in prestigious national and international scientific journals.
