Biography

Seyed Shahab Hasaninasab holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from Amir Kabir University of Technology, an MSc in Transportation Engineering and Planning from Sharif University of Technology, and a PhD in Civil Engineering- Road and Transportation from Tarbiat Modarres University. He began his official collaboration with Razi University in September 2004 and is now an Associate Professor in the department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering.
He has taught several courses to undergraduate students so far, including Transportation Engineering, Pavement, and Economics of Engineering. Also, the courses he has been teaching to graduate students include Advanced Pavement Analysis and Design, Operation Research, Transportation Planning, and Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Management. His research interests are Asphalt Self-Healing, Concrete Self-Healing, Traffic Psychology, Land Use Modelling, Public Transportation, and Artificial Intelligence in Transportation. His single-authored and joint papers have been published in prestigious national and international scientific journals.
